There are some great ideas here, for working together and getting farther ahead as a result. I love the alignment picture — it really sets the idea in your head as to the proper way to proceed! Donna and Jerry Goven have written a great book on how getting your ego out of the way is the way to honest communication (and better results in life and business). It’s “Take the E out of EGO & GO!” and is a lot of fun to read, besides being really useful. I don’t really think of myself as that “prideful” of a person, but I got some real hits from the creative way Jerry handled himself in his experiences in the book. There are some great techniques, too, which I’m trying, for keeping that pride out of the way of what I’m trying to do.
